Please note that our support hours are 10.00am - 6.00pm Monday to Friday. Technical support is only provided on products and solutions sold by Blue Systems to clients of Blue Systems - products and solutions that have been sold on privately are not covered by our own support policies.
If you are not an existing client of Blue Systems and have a technical issue that you would like us to assist you with please email us with details of the affected system (including revisions of software/hardware incorporated) and the problems/issues that you are experiencing. Once received we aim to get back to you within 24hours to provide you with a quotation for telephone/email support and/or an onsite visit.
We are now also offering technical support contracts (subject to acceptance) to non-existing clients who have purchased elsewhere and now feel that they are not receiving support from current vendors to a satisfactory standard. Please email for further details.
